The Vanderbilt @ South Beach for an exquisite experience

The Vanderbilt @ South Beach made our wedding day perfect. From the inception and introductions to the final song. Our wedding planner Brittany was amazing. Her personality as always upbeat and uplifting. She made Jen and I feel so at ease.l all the time. Always reassuring us and making suggestions that were perfect and meaningful. She listened to use and what we wanted and she delivers, 110%. Every venue needs a Brittany.

John the Maitre’d did everything possible to give us a seamless, stressless experience. He was making sure the staff was on point, making sure the ceremony was went unblemished. Every time I was looking for something he was right there to ask what I needed. Truly, a great guy and host and then there was Giana the bridal attendant. Geez what can I say, this young lady gave us exceptional attention. From the time we walked in, which was early by the way, to the very end. 

She had a glowing personality and made all In the bridal party fell at ease and provided excellent attention. A god send in this kind of business. The venue was beautifully decorated, the table layout perfect and the menu we choose with the help of Brittany, was nothing short of outstanding and succulent. Every detail was ideal and done with precision. 

I have to give credit to the waitstaff, bartenders and the back of the house. They killed it and their friendly, outgoing demeanors and personalities were noticed by all. I have to say a job well done by the Vanderbilt for giving Jen and I an experience that will never be forgotten.

Everyone who attended my wedding told me it was the best wedding they ever attended. The VSB has the most attentive staff. From the moment we booked until the day came our Event Manager Brittany was an exemplary partner in planning this event. As a professional event planner myself I couldn't be happier with every aspect of their service. While I had a large wedding, the multidimensional space can easily be adapted for a much smaller and more intimate affair. Our beach ceremony was incredibly moving and the food quality is tremendous - this is truly the most beautiful venue to get married at in all of New York City. If you are an anti Staten Island snob, I dare you to spend one evening at the Vanderbilt! I am so grateful to have shared this experience with the incredible staff at the Vanderbilt!

We had the most amazing experience at the Vanderbilt. The night was perfect. Our wedding guests raved about the food, the venue looked absolutely stunning in photos and the service was prompt; consistent and attentive. Brittany, our event coordinator, was spectacular! We felt so supported and taken care of every single step of the way. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. If we had to do it all over, we wouldn’t change a thing. We highly recommend the Vanderbilt for your wedding and/or occasion!

We had our Wedding at the Vanderbilt last week, our organizer Brittany was a gem everything that she suggested to have on the food menu was delicious they made it so presentable. The Venue

Went without a hitch the service was exceptional all of our guests were raving about the food,the service and the servers how they catered to our guests.

So Thank you Brittany and the Vanderbilt for making our Wedding a Memorable one. We will definitely have other parties at the Vanderbilt.

Exceptional!!!!. I recently got married July 7,2023 and I couldn't be happier with this place. Brittany was amazing, professional and all the above. I was stress free and never had to worry about anything. I love her!! The entire staff was amazing, the food was delicious and this place is so beautiful. All my guest told me how much they loved this place and how amazing and friendly all the staff was. So, if your looking for the best venue for your function stop searching and book with these beautiful people. Brittany will take care of you!! We were married in September 2023 at the Vanderbilt and had an amazing experience! We're incredibly grateful for their ability to make our NYC beach wedding dream a beautiful reality. Guests complimented the unique location, elegant space, considerate service, and delicious, abundant food. Brittany was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the planning process. She made everything easy, and for every idea or suggestion we had, went above expectations in fulfilling it. This included coming earlier than originally planned for getting ready, executing both of our ideas for signature cocktails, ensuring all dietary needs were met, handling last-minute guest list changes with aplomb, and much more. Communication was great from the beginning all the way through to making sure we received all our items back post-event. John, as maitre-d, did a great job communicating and coordinating on the day. He was especially helpful in clarifying our plans for the entrance after happy hour (we didn't do a great job figuring this out in advance) and handled everything with kindness and flexibility. Gianna was also an amazing day-of attendant! She made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want while preparing and throughout the evening. She also put together an absolutely gorgeous "book bar" for guests to select a book and bookmark as a favor. I had a basic vision, but she transformed the area with decorative branches, crystals, and beautiful book arrangements. This was an element of the wedding that I felt especially excited about, so it was awesome to have it so beautifully executed. She was also instrumental in shooing away those pesky lanternflies, helping bustle my gown, and ensuring my husband and I actually got something to drink. She was a delightful presence all throughout the day. Every staff member at the Vanderbilt was helpful, thoughtful, and dedicated to making every detail of our day as perfect as possible. Our guests had a great time, and so did we. I will not hesitate to come back for any future events I plan, and wholeheartedly recommend the Vanderbilt to others.

At the risk of sounding overtly overjoyed, we most certainly give the Vanderbilt at South Beach 5+ stars. The service met and exceeded our expectations to the point of being exceptional. Our Event Manager, Brittany did a phenomenal job, going above and beyond to ensure that our event was nothing less than an A+. The way that the timeline of service was coordinated felt seamless and professionally attentive, not only to us but to each and every one of our guests as well. September 7, 2023, was simply unforgettable. There is no doubt that we will perpetually recommend this venue to friends, family, and business associates for years to come.

I will say this forever: please RUN, don’t walk, to book your next event at The Vanderbilt. My husband and I got married there this past Sunday during tropical storm Ophelia. Brittany and the staff went above and beyond to adjust our day-of schedule to accommodate our beautiful first looks and portraits. The food is phenomenal AND we have many friends with dietary needs, including gluten-free needs. The Vanderbilt was MORE than accommodating with those needs— everyone had a delicious meal. Seriously, I cannot sing the staff’s praises enough. Brittany was also incredibly responsive and clear with answers to questions— I had tons of questions during the process and she always responses in a timely fashion. We cannot wait to contract them for another event!!!

I have celebrated 3 milestone parties at South Fin and the Vanderbilt. Brittany, Michelle and Amanda are amazing. They helped make the planning and day of organizing smooth. I continue to choose these venues to celebrate with because of the attention to detail, ambiance and delicious food. Every party I have thrown has been wonderful and enjoyable for the guests! The team is extremely accommodating and thoughtful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

The room's appearance was nothing short of breathtaking, and it resonated with an air of elegance, as remarked by numerous attendees. Your assistance with many things including securing the chair covers was pivotal in bringing the entire event together seamlessly. We are so grateful to you for this.

Our guests were genuinely impressed, and the commendable support provided by the staff played a significant role in ensuring the event's success.
